Her Next Chapter exists to help mothers raise children who are ready for their own lives while continuing to build a life that will be ready for theirs.

We are studying the multi-year transition from intensive motherhood to adult motherhood—listening to women ahead, beside, and behind us before turning patterns into practical digital tools.

The founder approaches this work as a researcher, guide, and fellow traveler, drawing on experience in wellbeing, behavior change, strategic thinking, and sustainable action. The goal is not to prescribe a perfect second half. It is to help women make thoughtful, realistic choices before change becomes urgent.
